Program Description: In a decentralized and diffuse institution, significant numbers of students do not engage in impactful programs, services, and experiences that can support their holistic student success. This session will provide an overview of a proposed project at Michigan State University reforming the campus community to better serve the needs of students through systematically re-designed connections and relationships. Participants will engage in discussion around the proposed definitions, research and outcomes of student success including: purpose, academics, sense of belonging, community, and well-being.
