The conference fee typically includes a continental breakfast, luncheon, and reception immediately following the final sessions. Conference registration and continental breakfast typically begin at 8:15 a.m.

Payment

  • Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
  • University of Maryland Workday: This option is available only for University of Maryland, College Park employees.
    • You will be asked to identify your Student Affairs Department or other department details via this online form.

Accommodations

  • Please contact MSACAssist@umd.edu  at least one week prior to the event to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event) will be made to provide accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • If you are no longer able to attend, please email your cancellation request to MSACAssist@umd.edu no later than Friday, January 30, 2026.
  • Substitutions will be permitted. Please email substitution requests to MSACAssist@umd.edu It is requested that you provide the full name of the original registrant, as well as the full name, email address and any other pertinent registration data for the new attendee.
