Program Description: Working for your alma mater can present certain challenges, as one makes the transition from student to professional. Working relationships may change, your responsibilities are increased, and sometimes, people who knew you as a student may struggle to see you as professional staff member. This session will address these and other challenges through a discussion that invites people at all stages of their career, whether they work for their alma mater or not!
