Program Description: Burnout is a term that has become much more present in the undergraduate student experience within the last decade, mainly due to the lasting effects and impact it has on their mental and physical health. This session aims to focus on the over-involved undergraduate student, the pedestal students every office knows and has, and how higher education professionals can better understand and aid them, while increasing support and preventative measures.
