In this engaging session, participants will explore the art of dialogue, focusing on practical techniques to foster open and constructive discussions within their professional settings to help support students and colleagues navigating difficult issues. Participants will assess their own biases, assumptions, and communication styles to better understand and address potential challenges in their roles as Student Affairs professionals.
