Program Description: This interactive session equips participants with the tools to craft High-Impact Practices (HIPs) programs in Student Affairs. Presenters will provide an example by sharing their work in developing Towson University's Civic Renewal Initiative, a yearlong fellowship and guided conversation series that foster community-building, civic learning, and engagement. Presenters will then guide attendees through developing a co-curricular HIP, followed by a collective reflection.
