This session introduces two innovative programs designed to develop student leadership and diversity skills through self-paced, online learning. Session participants will explore the unique advantages of asynchronous learning for fostering inclusive, flexible growth environments, suitable for a wide range of student needs. Using interactive activities—live polls, group discussions, and scenario-based exercises—attendees will learn how these programs’ core principles can enrich student engagement and broaden the future of student development.
