Program Description:
Defined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), career readiness competencies are essential skills that empower students to excel in the workplace post-graduation. This program will highlight the impact of campus experiences in developing these skills and will offer innovative strategies for student affairs practitioners to help students recognize and articulate competencies gained from part-time jobs, leadership roles, and involvement with student organizations. Participants will leave energized with practical tools to empower students in understanding how their campus involvement and work experiences are shaping their future careers.
