Program Description:
This workshop equips residence life staff with knowledge and skills to effectively support their trans and non-binary students residing in residence halls. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of trans and non-binary identities, learn about gender-inclusive language, and explore strategies to create an inclusive and supportive living environment. By addressing common challenges faced by trans folx and providing participants with practical tools, the workshop aims to foster a supportive and respective community for all students.
