Program Abstract:
Join us for an engaging introduction to Interdependent Study, a podcast hosted by two University of Maryland staff members that uses dialogue, reflection, and social justice principles to support learning and unlearning work for collective liberation. This session will highlight how the podcast is created, the values and practices that guide it, and the ways it informs the presenters’ work with students and campus communities. Attendees will also experience an abbreviated live episode recording and leave with practical insights about podcasting as a potential tool for connection, critical engagement, professional growth, and working for social justice.
